Clever Bears Speech Pathology - Costs

Direct clients services include any services we provide that directly support your child.

These can include, but are not limited to:

• Assessments and consultations 
• Therapy sessions and associated record keeping
• Parent training sessions and meetings
• Provision of recommendations directly relating to your child's goals
• Report writing

Indirect services are tasks that we complete to ensure we manage your child's case thoroughly. 

These can include, but are not limited to:

• Development of service agreements, therapy plans and goals
• Session planning
• Creating resources to use in sessions or as home practice
• Correspondence and meetings with other professionals
• Travel to and from appointments

Cancellations made under 48 hours from the time of the appointment will incur a 90% cancellation fee.

No-shows and cancellations made with under 24 hours notice will incur 100% of the session cost.
